Know Your Costs Before You Commit to Care

Worrying about money shouldn’t be the thing that stops your teen from getting help. We verify your insurance benefits for you, explain everything in plain language, and give you a clear picture of potential costs — before you decide to move forward.

We are in- network with the following

    Billing Explanation

    How Billing Works

    • Bright Path manages billing with insurance companies after admission.
    • Families do not need to communicate with the insurer directly.
    • Claims processing can take time, but Bright Path handles the process.

We handle the hard part so you don’t have to.

Insurance is complicated, especially when it comes to mental health. Our team works directly with your insurance company to help you understand:

    • What levels of care (PHP, IOP, Virtual IOP) may be covered
    • Your deductible and how much of it has been met
    • Your co-insurance or copay responsibilities.
    • Any pre-authorization requirements.
    • Whether single case agreements are an option if we’re out-of-network.

You get clarity, not guesswork — and you can decide what’s best for your family with real information in hand.

    What We Do for You

Once you submit your insurance information, our team will:

    • Contact your insurance company directly
    • Verify behavioral health benefits
    • Ask specific questions about PHP/IOP coverage
    • Confirm any pre-authorization needs
    • Estimate your out-of-pocket expenses
    • Provide you with a clear written summary

There’s no obligation to start treatment just because we verify benefits.
This step is about giving you information — not locking you in

    That’s why we commit to:

    • Providing a Good Faith Estimate before admission
    • Explaining benefits in plain language
    • Reviewing all options available to you
    • Offering payment plans when appropriate
    • Answering your questions honestly — even if the answer is “This might not be the best financial fit.”

If your benefits aren’t what you hoped, we’ll talk through alternatives and help you explore options instead of leaving you on your own.

    Common Questions About Insurance

No. Insurance verification is simply an information step. You’re not committing to treatment by
    asking us to verify benefits.

In some cases, we can explore single-case agreements or discuss out-of-network options. If it’s not financially realistic, we’ll help you find other resources and programs.

Bright Path serves teens ages 12–18 who need more support than weekly outpatient therapy. Our programs help adolescents struggling with challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, or school avoidance. Our admissions team conducts an initial assessment to determine whether Bright Path is the right fit for your teen’s needs.

You can still start the process. Our team can advise you on what’s needed and help you track down the missing information.

No, we do not accept Medicaid. However, we can help point you toward community resources that may be a better financial fit.
